Date and Time; Saturday 30thApril. 11am to 2pm
Menu; Sushi hand rolls (Vegetarian, smoked salmon, cooked tuna, teriyaki chicken) and Chicken dumplings with home-made pastry.
Class Size: maximum 12
Cost; $65 per head (incl. ingredients, venue hire, written instructions and Japanese tea)
BYO; Apron, chopping board, knife, container and soft drinks
