It is a single fully furnished room with two shared toilets included water and gas bills. Shared lounge area (Foxtel available), kitchen, laundry room and free wireless internet. Daily cleaning services, welcoming environment, friendly dorm mates and reasonable price in CBD This is an awesome place to interact and make friends with fellow students from nearby universities and colleges in Melbourne. You will love this place!
It is located right at the city center which is opposite Victoria Market. 15 minutes walks to RMIT and Melbourne University.
Welcome for all short term (at least 2 months) and long terms stay!! Available from 1st of December...
