hey guys , i need to leave my apartment and need to move out as soon as possible(by may 17) due to personal reasons. The unit i have is a "SINGLE" studio apartment(unilodge on campus) good enough for 1 person and is located right in the middle of RMIT .Melb central, state library and melbourne uni and lygon street are less than 2 minutes away. Apartment is fully furnished with bed, 2 chairs, table, study desk, kitchenette, fridge, ample storage, cupboards, tv, air condidioning , heater bathroom and Balcony(with good 270 degree view due to high floor). Common facilities are rooftop barbeque area, common tv lounge(large plasma tv with foxtel). Internet is in room , just plug in and go. complex includes washing machines and dryers in the common area. vending machines etc. Coffee shop next door.The rent is only 305$ per week or $1322 per month. Very reasonable for this location. Please email me if your interested. MY lease ends on January 18th 2011. Need someone to take over AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. cheers
